Creative Days

I run a programme of creative development days, to explore personal potential through creative writing, painting and claywork.

These days run at venues around the country and are created for individuals or groups according to requirements. They focus on creative and emotional healing and development, for example, on life changes such as divorce, bereavement and redundancy. Please contact me to discuss this work.

THE CREATIVE LANDSCAPE OF THE SELF

We use creative exercises, silent meditation and guided imagery to explore our potential and dreams for the fulfilment of our selves. Use the power of your inner self, creativity and intuition to review the landscape of your old life and create the future you want. Come and identify your dreams and lay the foundations for their realisation.

I am a painter, sculptor and writer. I am also an experienced facilitator of workshops and meditation groups and teach creative skills to both children and adults. I have a special interest in the realisation of potential and healing through the creative arts.
